Revelation from Australia
Pointless musing of the moment: DUring my time in Australia, I realized that it is absolutely impossible for me to encounter the words “Botany Bay” without hearing them said by Checkov when they discover Khan’s ship in Star Trek II: The Wrath of KhanÂ
(puzzled, recognizing the name but not remembering the context)Â “Botany Bay…?” (with dawning realization of how totally screwed they now are)Â “Botany Bay!“
Every single time.

Oh Therm, master of detail. Equivocally, I get it . . . “DUring!” Excellent double-entendre hidden within a word. Impressive!

Umm….now I’m kind of ashamed to admit that was actually a typo (but I’ll leave it in place so your comment makes sense). You know how sometime when I’m talking the first half of a sentence will become a single rapidly-mumbled word, which I’m just trying to get out of the way so that I can get on to what I want to convey but still have the proper formatting? This was the written equivalent. Still, good to see you back!
